This site keeps things simple
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and it doesn't have a contact form that stores your information anywhere. There's nothing on this site quietly collecting data about you as you browse.
When you reach out
If you call, text, email, or message me on Signal, I receive whatever information you choose to share: your name, contact details, and the content of our conversation. That exchange happens through the service you used to reach me (your phone carrier, your email provider, or Signal), and is subject to that service's own privacy practices, not this website's. I don't sell, share, or use what you send me for anything other than responding to you and, if we work together, supporting our coaching relationship.
Standard server logs
Like virtually every website, the server hosting this site keeps basic technical logs of visits (things like IP address, browser type, and page requested) for security and maintenance purposes. These logs aren't used for advertising or shared with third parties.
